Three Steps

From sandbox refresh to
test data in under 10 minutes.

No Apex. No CLI. No spreadsheets. Just connect your sandbox, configure what you need, and generate realistic UK test data that passes your own validation rules.

1
Step One — Connect

Connect your sandbox
in 2 minutes via OAuth.

Go to sproutezee.cloudezee.tech and click "Connect Sandbox". You'll be redirected to the standard Salesforce OAuth flow. Authorise SproutEzee's Connected App — which requires only the minimum permissions needed to read your schema and write generated records.

Production orgs are rejected at the protocol level. SproutEzee checks the instance URL during authorisation and refuses connections to anything other than a named sandbox instance.

  • OAuth 2.0 — industry-standard, no passwords stored
  • Sandbox-only: production connection refused automatically
  • Requested scopes: api, refresh_token — nothing else
  • No AppExchange installation, no packages, no Apex classes
  • Refresh token stored encrypted — revoke any time from Salesforce

Step Two — Configure

Pick your objects, fields,
patterns, and volume.

Once connected, SproutEzee loads your org's full object list — standard and custom. Select an object, and every field appears automatically with its type, required status, and suggested UK locale pattern.

Set your volume (10 to 10,000 records), configure relationships, and SproutEzee determines the correct insertion order — generating parent Account records before child Contacts, for example.

  • All objects load automatically from your org's metadata
  • Toggle individual fields on/off — required fields always included
  • Picklist fields auto-populate from your org's defined values
  • Lookup fields auto-populate from existing or generated parents
  • Save any configuration as a reusable data template

Step Three — Generate

500 records inserted
in about 60 seconds.

Click Generate. SproutEzee first pre-validates all generated values against your active validation rules. Then it sends the records to the Salesforce Bulk API v2 in optimised batches for maximum throughput.

You see live progress as records flow in. On completion, you get a summary: total inserted, time taken, any errors (rare). Click "View in Salesforce" to open the records directly in your sandbox. Save the configuration as a template for next sprint.

  • Pre-validation runs before any Bulk API call
  • Bulk API v2 — no governor limits, parallel batch processing
  • Live progress log — see each batch as it inserts
  • Direct "View in Salesforce" link on completion
  • Generation saved to history log — re-run any past configuration
