Common pricing questions

What counts as a "record" for the daily limit?
Each Salesforce record inserted counts as one record. If you generate 100 Contacts and 20 Accounts in the same run, that counts as 120 against your daily limit. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Failed insertions don't count.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep Pro features until the period ends. No partial refunds, but you won't be charged again at the old rate.
Does the Bundle require a minimum contract?
No minimum contract — monthly and annual options available. Annual saves 20% for both products. Enterprise customers with 10+ sandboxes or specific compliance requirements can contact us for custom pricing arrangements.
Do you offer invoicing for finance team approval?
Yes. Pro and Bundle plans can be invoiced monthly or annually. Contact contact@cloudezee.tech with your company name and billing email. We typically turn these around within one business day. We can also provide vendor onboarding documentation if required by your procurement team.
What happens to my saved templates if I downgrade?
Your saved templates are preserved when you downgrade, but you won't be able to run them until you upgrade again. You can view and export your template configurations at any time. We don't delete data on downgrade.
